Hi Friends and Neighbors –

Fall is only here in the Inland Empire for a little while, so make the best of it before the holiday shopping madness is here! Here are some great Inland Empire weekend events we’ve found to enjoy with friends and family before stuffing your face with turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pie next week.

This week’s Inland Empire Weekend Fun Guide has plenty of holiday shopping events, concerts and more outings. Enjoy a calm, fun weekend before the holidays officially starts. :)

11/21-13, Theater – “Anne of Green Gables” performed by Gold Leaf Productions at the Riverside Women’s Club. Performances are Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m. Tickets are $12 presale, $14 at the door.

11/21-23, Theater – “Assassins” at The Box. Friday and Saturday performances at 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday performances at 2 p.m. Tickets are $42-55.

11/21, Boutique – Fall boutique at the Janet Goeske Senior Center from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Handmade gifts for sale.

11/21, Concert – Los Chilaqz at Mission Tobacco Lounge at 9 p.m. $7 cover for the 21 and over concert.

11/21, Concert – Slaves Against the Machine, a Rage Against The Machine tribute band performs at Romano’s Concert Lounge beginning at 10 p.m. Tickets are 10, reservations recommended.

11/21, Concert – Bone Thugs-n-Harmony at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 for the 18 and over show.

11/22-23, Craft – Make it Take it holiday class at DragonMarsh. Classes include bathing crystals and tea and soap making on Saturday, Yule log decorating and ornaments from nature on Sunday. Price is $10 a class or three for $25, see website for details.

11/22, Concert – Britain’s finest Beatles tribute band performs at Romano’s Concert Lounge at 10 p.m. Tickets are 15.

11/22, Concert – The Riverside County Philharmonic performing a selection of holiday music. at the Fox Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $31-101 for the 7:30 p.m. concert.

11/23, Concert – Primus and the Chocolate Factory at the Fox Performing Arts Center. Doors open at  7p.m., concert begins at 8 p.m. Tickets are $39-59.

11/23, Concert – Sony Love and the Moon Parade, Angewish and more perform at Mission Tobacco Lounge beginning at 8 p.m. Free admission to the 21 and over show.

Now through 11/22, Anniversary – The Tartan restaurants celebrates its 50th anniversary with food specials and raffles for jewelry. $2 a raffle ticket, all proceeds benefit the Wounded Warriors and Family Services. Photo booth Friday and Saturday.

11/22, Concert – The Redlands Symphony features Handel, Teleman and Mozart at the University of Redlands’ Memorial Chapel beginning at  8 p.m., Tickets are $15-60.



Now through 11/23, Theater – “The Three Musketeers continues at Cal State San Bernardino’s Barnes Theater In The Round Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12-15 adult, students are $6.

11/20-22, Concert  – River Road at the Brandin’ Iron beginning at  9 p.m.

11/22, Motorcross – Practice on the track at Glen Helen Raceway beginning at  8 a.m. $25 per bike and rider.



11/21-22, Festival – RVN ’69 Vietnam-era immersive festival at Crossroads Riverview Park from 11 a.m.- midnight Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. Reenactments, historians, air-soft gun play and nighttime dance party. Vietnam era costumes required. Tickets are $14.99-34.99, see website for details.

11/21, Tree Lighting – Tree lighting ceremony at The Shoppes At Chino Hills beginning at 6 p.m. First 2,000 get free Santa hats, ceremony begins at 7 p.m.

11/20-22, Theater – “Spring Awakening” at Pomona College’s Seaver Theater. Performances are at 8 p.m., tickets are $5 for student, $10 general admission.

11/21 & 23, Concert – The Pomona College Band performs Friday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. at Bridges Hall of Music, free admission.

11/21-22, Comedy – Rene Garcia at Flapper’s Comedy Club. Performances are Saturday at 8 and 10 p.m., Sunday at 7 and 9 .p.m. Tickets are $20.

11/21, Concert – Little Faith at the Hip Kitty Jazz and Fondue Lounge beginning at 8i p.m., $5 admission to the 21 and over event.

11/22, Concert  – Piffaro the Renaissance Band performs at Bridges Hall of Music at Pomona College beginning at  8 p.m. Free admission.

11/23, Comedy – Family-friendly comedy Two-Milk Minimum series continues with Michael Rayner at 4:30 p.m. at Flapper’s Comedy Club.



Now through 12/19, weekends, Art Gallery  – Artists For Art’s Sake: The Holiday Show at the Millard Sheets Art Center at the Fairplex. Gallery hours are 12-5 p.m. Friday through Sunday or by appointment. Free admission and parking, park at Gate 1.

11/21, Concert – Bastille with Ella Eyre and Grizfolk at the Fox Theater Pomona at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $37 at the door for the all-ages show.

11/21-22, Dental – Free dental clinic at the Fairplex beginning at 5 a.m. each day. Services include cleanings, extractions, dentures, education and support for continuing care. First come, first served, park at Gate 9 on White Ave.

11/21, Concert – Human Trafficking Awareness Concert at DBA Gallery 256 Winebar from 5:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.. 10% of proceeds from drinks and 100% of donations benefit Coalition Organization Against Trafficking In Women.

11/22, Gardening – Landscaping class at the Pomona Library from 1-4 p.m. Class focuses on native plants and  water usage. Free event, please RSVP as space is limited.

11/21-23, Comedy – Joe Rogan at the Ontario Improv, 21 and over only, dress code enforced. . Performances are Friday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 7 and 9:15 p.m., Sunday at 7 p.m.  Tickets are $25.

11/21, Comedy – Jay & Silent Bob Get Old Podcast at the Ontario Improv beginning at  10 p.m. Tickets are $25, 18 and over, dress code enforced.

11/22, Fitness – Bodacious Beauty Dance Fitness class at Ralph M. Lewis Park beginning at  8:30 a.m., Class begins the ‘BB Fit’ challenge, take measurement, exercise, chances to win prizes. $10 class fee.

11/22, Supercross – Endurocross at Citizen’s Business Bank Arena beginning at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20-$30 for adults kids 2-12, $15-25, day of event ticket prices go up $2. Parking is $10 cash.

11/22, Expo  – Women & Family Expo at the Ontario Convention Center from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Vendors demonstrating holiday gifts, products and services. Admission is $8 for adults, kids free. Parking is $9.



11/22, Racing – Pure Speed Drag Racing Experience at the Auto Club Dragway. Ride along for $149-328, or drive yourself starting at $349. Register on the website.

11/23, Exotics racing – Exotics Racing at the Auto Club Speedway. Ride along in car of your choice or take a few laps in an exotic. $99 for ride-along experience, driving experiences begin at $199. See website for details and registration.

11/23, Racing – Import Face Off at the Auto Club Speedway from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m, registrations earlier Car show, test and tune, drag racer and burnout competitions. $20 spectator tickets, $17 with flyer. Car show and racing registration $35-50.



11/22, Beer Festival –  Props and Hops Craft Beer Festival at the Palm Springs Airport from 12-6 p.m. Vendors, live music, west coast breweries and vintage planes. Admission is $35 and includes glass and 8 tastings.



11/21-22, Dance  – Lily Cai Chinese Dance Company performs at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 adults, $20 senior and groups of 15 or more, $15 student.

11/21, Concert  – Oceans of Sand at Lorimar Winery beginning at 6 p.m. Admission is free.

11/22, Party  – Silver Anniversary Tea Party at the Temecula Valley Museum from 11 am.m-1 p.m. ‘High tea’ including tea, light refreshments and free small tea cup while supplies last. RSVP info on flyer.
