This Week’s Top 5 Things To Do in the Inland Empire



Hi Friends & Neighbors – focuses a lot on weekend events with our Inland Empire Weekend Fun Guides and we’re not sharing enough of the great events that are happening during the week.  Let’s change that!

We’ve scoured the web to find some good times happening during the week in the Inland Empire.  Let us know what you think.  What types of events and activities do you look for during the week?  Leave us a comment and give us your two cents.

1. “Come Swing With Me” – Enjoy a free concert under the stars at the Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival today, 7/23. Remember to grab a seat before 8:15pm, bring a light jacket and leave the alcohol at home.  Free but donations are encouraged.

2. Quakes vs. IE 66ers – Catch a ball game at Quakes Stadium in Rancho Cucamonga.  Today through Thursday, 7/23-7/25, cheer on your favorite local team.  Are you a Quakes or 66ers fan?

3. Pure Imagination – This Thursday, 7/25, check out this unique exhibition of artwork by contemporary children’s book illustrators paired with work from RAM’s own collection.  Make a night of it in Downtown Riverside and head to the Riverside Art Museum to check out the exhibit. See more at

4. “Dial M for Murder” – Celebrate Hitchcock all Summer long at the Fox Performing Arts Center in Riverside on select Fridays. Tickets are $9, starts at 7:30pm. This Friday, 7/26, cozy up to charming Cary Grant in “Dial M for Murder.”

5. Union on Yale – Any day of the week, grab a delicious specialty drink from this unique eatery in Claremont Village.  Grab some friends, head to the chairs in front of the fire pit, order delicious drinks and appetizers.  Then play some outdoor bocce ball in their courtyard.  Sounds like a perfect way to spend a cool summer night.
